When you believe in
-Ghosts-
They are everywhere.
When you think there's something in the
-Dark-
There is.
There always is.
And when you're being too
-Paranoid-
Every man and woman on the street,
Could kidnap you.
Rape you.
Kill you.
In a second...
It's a
-Conspiracy-
In the government.
It's a conspiracy,
Man.
Don't forget those
-Aliens-
Either.
You know they're here
Observing in disguise.
Oh and your
-Stalker-
Called.
He's watching you, too.
But, really.
You know better.
It's not them.
It's your
-Friends?-
While they all joke
Behind your back.
Even those
-Strangers-
Are judging you.
Do you hear it?
Now hush, dearest.
For when you close
Your eyes,
And when you
Stop believing
It will all go
Away.
See?
All better now.

Devious Comments
What if you're the one the ends up doing the very thing you were so -insert emotion- about them.
And then what.
You are doing what you feared they had done to you.
And so quickly the tables have turned.
And you can no longer stop yourself from what you feared the most.
An absense in selfcontrol, and overwheming phobia.

No clichés.
I liked the -effects- on words.
I didn't like the first 2.5 verses - they seemed a little predictable. It got better from there on in.

These words are not tools of communication
They are shards of metal
Dropped from eighth story windows.
